Privacy

Short version: we only keep your email if you give it to us and tick the box. No cookies, no ad trackers, nothing sold.

What we collect

If you sign up for early access or the free 7" list, we store four things: your email address, the exact consent sentence you agreed to, the time you agreed, and which form you used. That’s it. No name, no location, no device details.

Why

To email you about Jesse Farmer & Walter Wax releases and shows, and, if you joined that list, to tell you when the 7" is ready. Nothing else.

Where it’s stored

In a private database attached to this website, managed by the band. Only the band can export it. If we move the list to an email service to send newsletters, we’ll update this page and name it here.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no third-party scripts; fonts, video and code are all served from this site. We keep simple daily totals, like how many people pressed pre-save, with no personal data attached.

When you press pre-save you go to DistroKid’s pre-save page. That page, and Instagram, have their own privacy rules.

Selling or sharing

We don’t sell or rent your email, and we don’t share it with other artists or advertisers.

Unsubscribe or delete

Enter your email below and we’ll delete it from every list. Or message us on Instagram, or email bookjesseandwalter@gmail.com.
